Job summary

AVARA FOODS LIMITED in Hereford is seeking Production Operatives for our Hereford Yazor site. No experience is required as full training will be provided; you will weigh, assemble and pack products for despatch in a fast-paced FMCG environment with emphasis on hygiene and teamwork.

We offer a guaranteed weekly pay range (£525–£542 per week), a secure contract with consistent hours, shift allowance, holiday entitlement, and opportunities for overtime.

• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Job description

So you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical. Duties include :

• Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.


• Labelling and grading of products


• Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg
