Job summary

Avara Foods Ltd is seeking Production Operatives for our Hereford Yazor site. You will join a fast-paced FMCG environment with full training provided and no prior experience required. Expect rotational shifts 40 hours per week, with early morning and late shifts.

You will weigh, assemble and pack products, label and grade them, and handle items up to 20kg. We offer competitive pay including £12.71–£13.15 per hour plus a £0.42 per hour shift allowance, 28 days holiday, paid weekly, secure

About the Role:

Do you want to earn a minimum of £525 to £542 per week? We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our team based at our Yazor site in Hereford!

No experience required, full training is provided!

Working Hours

40 hours per week rotational shift pattern

05:00-14:00/14:00-23:00 Monday to Friday rotational shift pattern

About the role

So you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Duties include:

• Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.


• Labelling and grading of products


• Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg

• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
