Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Flixton is hiring Production Operatives on a permanent basis. You will join a fast-paced chilled environment, preparing poultry products for customers, including duties like portioning, filleting, deboning, or whole birds, depending on the team.

Full training is provided, no prior experience required, with Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification offered. Onsite canteen and supportive career progression are available, with both full-time and part-time contracts.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn with high safety and quality standards.
• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential.
• Full training provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare poultry products for customers in a chilled factory environment.

Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Flixton on a permanent basis.

2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, and this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business with real career progression opportunities.

Pay Rate – £13 per hour

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds.

Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.

Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification.
