Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Fareham is recruiting a Factory Operative / Production Operative for a busy Segensworth factory. You will be involved in production line work, operating machinery, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Shifts rotate 4 on, 4 off with 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am patterns; the base rate starts at £12.71 per hour, with a weekly attendance bonus of £50 for punctuality and full weeks. There are opportunities to earn more with additional machines.

We Are Recruiting Factory Operatives / Production Operatives To Work Rotating Day And Night Shifts On a 4 On 4 Off Pattern

• 6pm – 6am Day and night shifts rotate 4 days on / 4 days off / Mon - Thur Fixed £12.71 per hour

The pay rate can increase if you learn how to work on more Machines. The pay starts at £12.71 an hour for one machine. For running two machines the pay will increase to around £14 and for 3 machines £16.
