Pertemps Bond is recruiting Manufacturing Operatives for an ongoing temporary role in Warrington. Immediate starts available in a modern manufacturing environment with full training provided. Pay starts at £13.94 per hour (days) and can rise up to £16.99 per hour with shift allowance.

Opportunities to increase earnings after 12 weeks and parity with equivalent shifts are offered. Applicants with prior production experience and a good eye for detail are encouraged to apply for long-term, stable

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production operations.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production and packaging machinery.
• Load and unload production equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and output.
• Carry out quality inspections and record results.
• Record production information using computer systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to health & safety rules.

These are ongoing temporary opportunities with immediate starts available for candidates looking for long-term, stable employment within a modern manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous production or manufacturing experience looking to develop new skills.

Duties of the successful Manufacturing / Production Operative

• Operating automated production and packaging machinery
• Loading and unloading production equipment
• Monitoring machine performance
• Completing quality inspections
• Recording production information using computer systems
• Following standard operating procedures
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards

Hours

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 10:00pm - 6:00am

Flexibility is essential to meet production requirements.

We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Good numeracy
• Reliable and committed approach
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous Machine Operating or MHE/PIV experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
