Job summary

Marshalls plc is recruiting a Joiner for the Pollington site to manufacture bespoke concrete products from wooden shuttering and joinery components. You'll work to technical drawings, prioritise safety and quality, and contribute to major infrastructure projects across the UK.

You'll join a leading manufacturer with strong development opportunities, competitive salary and benefits. Daily work is 40 hours Mon-Fri, with training and progression within One Marshalls.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Advanced Construction Award in Carpentry & Site Joinery (or equivalent).
• Experience manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery from detailed technical drawings.
• CSCS Card, IPAF, Overhead Crane and FLT licences.
• Confident using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
• A proactive approach with problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke concrete products from wooden shuttering, moulds and joinery components from drawings.
• Maintain high safety, quality and productivity standards on site.
• Contribute to major infrastructure projects across the UK.

So, what's the mission?

Working as part of our production team, you'll manufacture bespoke concrete products by constructing and assembling wooden shuttering, moulds and specialist joinery components from technical drawings. You'll play an important role in maintaining our high standards of safety, quality and productivity while helping to deliver products for major infrastructure projects across the UK.

What are the mission critical skills?

• City & Guilds Advanced Construction Award in Carpentry & Site Joinery (or equivalent)
• Experience manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery from detailed technical drawings
• CSCS Card, IPAF, Overhead Crane and FLT (B1 & B2) licences
• Confident using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work safely
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team
