Job summary

Marshalls plc, the UK's leading hard landscaping and building products supplier, is seeking a Joiner in Pollington (Goole). You will manufacture bespoke concrete products by constructing shuttering, moulds and joinery components from technical drawings, maintaining safety, quality and productivity on-site.

You will use hand and power tools, operate relevant machinery, and work as part of a team to support major infrastructure projects across the UK.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Advanced Construction Award in Carpentry & Site Joinery (or equivalent).
• Experience manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery from detailed technical drawings.
• CSCS Card, IPAF, Overhead Crane and FLT licences.
• Confident using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work safely.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke concrete products by constructing wooden shuttering, moulds and specialist joinery components from technical drawings.
• Assemble and finish joinery components while maintaining safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Support delivery of products for major infrastructure projects across the UK.

So, what's the mission?

Working as part of our production team, you'll manufacture bespoke concrete products by constructing and assembling wooden shuttering, moulds and specialist joinery components from technical drawings. You'll play an important role in maintaining our high standards of safety, quality and productivity while helping to deliver products for major infrastructure projects across the UK.

What are the mission critical skills?
