Production Operative

Beenham, RG7 5PU
£32,053 + Benefits
45 hour per week (you will be working a two-week rotating shift pattern: Week 1 – Monday to Friday 6am–2pm and Saturday 6am–11am. Week 2 – Monday to Friday 2pm–11pm.)

Role Overview

You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality products, using all operational techniques and creating the UK's leading roof tiles. You will be required to use manual handling tools, including powered hand tools, machinery and mechanical handling equipment. You'll work in an environment where safety, quality, waste and OEE targets are the norm.

Mission‑Critical Skills

• Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
• FLT counterbalance licence would be preferred but not essential
• Team player with attention to detail
• Good level of English, verbal and written
• A forward‑thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
