Day-to-Day Duties:

Your day-to-day duties as a Production Operative with our client will be:

• Utilise circular saws and other cutting tools to cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Follow build sheets to assemble boxes using hand-held drills, rivet guns, and run-down guns.
• Ensure precision in the assembly process to meet specified standards.
• Experience in working with Roller Shutter Doors would be an advantage.

Essential skills needed to be a Production Operative with our client are:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure all assemblies meet the highest quality standards.
• Ability to identify and rectify minor defects before they affect overall product quality.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with roller garage door production is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of production challenges.
