Production Operative (Rotating Days & Nights)

Hours: 2000 - 600 and 800 - 1800, Mon - Thu (4 x 10-hour shifts)

Type: Full-time, long-term agency contract

Start date: Monday, 19th May (essential to start on this date)

Job Details:

Reliable factory production operative needed for heavy manual work at a site on the A5 near Lutterworth. Responsibilities include operating large machinery, unloading heavy concrete products, cleaning, using hand tools, and following specific instructions.

The environment is busy, loud, and mucky, but the shifts rotate between days and nights from Monday to Thursday each week. Candidates must have their own transport and be flexible with the rotating shifts.
