About The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator within our Bureau team at allpay on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. The ideal candidate will work within a production team to deliver high-quality goods within required timeframes.

Responsibilities of a Production Operator include:
  • Loading jobs onto production machinery, ensuring quality of the final product, and accurately completing all related paperwork and job sheets.
  • Reporting any equipment issues promptly.
  • Recording and reporting the volume of products processed on production equipment.
  • Assisting in setting up new machine profiles according to job specifications.
  • Maintaining the quality of goods produced in accordance with our branded standards.
  • Monitoring departmental housekeeping standards.
  • Adhering to allpay procedures, standards, and accreditation requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Intermediate literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE grade D or above in Mathematics and English, or equivalent).
  • Intermediate computer skills or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in teams and communicate with team members and managers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a production environment is desirable.
