Established in 1750, Royal Crown Derby manufactures the worlds most exquisite tableware and supplys fine retailers, luxury hotels and restaurants and Royal families around the world.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join its production team.

Duties

You will be responsible for an array of production duties, predominantly within the company's Glost department. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Glazing working within a team to glaze products

Kiln Operations loading and unloading kilns

Labouring jobs - supporting in the lifting and carrying of ware to around the factory max weight 15kg

The ideal candidate will be hardworking with a willingness to support the company culture which is built upon family values. Attention to detail and adherence to Health and Safety regulations will be paramount.

Excellent team working, communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential to this role. Experience is an advantage but not essential.

This role is initially offered on a temporary basis for 2yrs with a view to becoming permanent. Holidays 33.5 holidays per year, enhanced pension contributions and a healthcare scheme.
