This role is temporary to permanent after 12 weeks.

Job Description

This is a hands-on role in a workshop, working as part of a busy team to produce doors.

Attention to detail and accuracy are essential to ensure the quality of bespoke products. We are seeking candidates with a positive, can-do attitude.

Skills Required:

• Ability to follow technical drawings, listings, and instructions.
• Select appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Team player capable of working independently.
• Responsibility for own and others' safety.
• Accurately cut resources as needed.
• Apply sealant, varnish, and paint if required.
• Wear the necessary PPE and follow safety precautions.
