KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Understanding and correctly interpreting Virtual Work Ticket.
2. Accounting for all working time using SFDC systems (Shop Floor Data Capture).
3. Running the machine to meet quality standards and planned volume with minimum waste.
4. Operating the Shrinkwrap machinery for pack flat or folded leaflets.
5. Producing labels for packing trays and boxes.
6. Operating counting machines and packing in the flat pack area.
7. Maintaining high housekeeping standards in accordance with pharmaceutical standards.
8. Undertaking duties according to current operating procedures and quality policies, ensuring understanding of all such policies.
9. Assisting in general and routine maintenance of folding machines and equipment, and advising supervisors of any maintenance needs.
10. Raising all outstanding maintenance issues on CWorks.
11. Loading flat leaflet sheets, tagserts, and other leaflet components.
12. Resolving minor running issues, including unblocking machines and safely restarting processes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
