Position: Trainee Production Operative (Day Shift)

Location: Rugby

Working Hours: 07:00 - 15:30, Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking Trainee Production Operatives for a client in Rugby who manufacture uPVC windows and composite fire doors. The role involves working on a production line, using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures, with a focus on manual handling and working with high-speed machinery.

The shift is fixed day hours, Monday to Friday, with regular overtime opportunities. Manual handling is required.

Requirements: Local to Rugby, comfortable with manual handling, willing to switch off your phone when on site, respectful attitude.
