Key Responsibilities

• Interpret Virtual Work Ticket correctly
• Record all working time using SFDC systems
• Operate machinery to meet quality and volume standards with minimal waste
• Operate Shrinkwrap machinery for packing
• Produce labels for packing trays and boxes
• Operate counting machines and pack in the flat pack area
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping
• Follow operating procedures and quality policies
• Assist in routine maintenance and report issues
• Load leaflet components and resolve minor machine issues

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic numeracy and literacy
• Ability to work flexibly in a team
• Maintain hygiene and procedural standards
• Experience with machinery (preferably in printing, pharmaceuticals, or food sectors)
• Quality conscious, reliable, honest, trustworthy
