Job summary

Staffline is hiring Production Operatives to work full-time at our busy Merthyr Tydfil meat production site. The role involves joining a fast-paced production line, adhering to hygiene and Health & Safety procedures, and handling raw meat with training provided. You should be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25kg.

Overtime is available. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday with a 6am start.

Qualifications

• As a Production Operative you will be working on a busy production line preparing raw meat.
• You will adhere to all general hygiene and Health & Safety processes and procedures.
• No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training will be provided.
• You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while standing for the duration of your shift.
• You’ll also be confident with lifting products that weigh up to 25kg regularly.

Production Operative for our client's busy meat production site!

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work full-time in

Merthyr Tydfil.

The rate of pay is

£12.90 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at

£19.35 per hour.

This is a full-time role working

Monday to Friday. The start time is 6am until finish.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative at this site, you will be working on a busy production line preparing raw meat.

At this site, you will adhere to all general hygiene and Health & Safety processes and procedures.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Production Operative will pay high attention to detail and ensures that all products are of the highest quality.

You’ll be happy to work in a food processing environment, where you will be required to handle raw meat and work around blood in certain areas of the site.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while standing for the duration of your shift. You’ll also be confident with lifting products that weigh up to 25kg regularly.

No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training will be provided.
