Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives for a food manufacturing site producing pork products, including sausages and bacon. This full-time role involves working on automated production lines and handling raw ingredients, with duties including packing finished goods.

The position offers rotating shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm) and an opportunity to progress from temp-to-perm. Overtime is available, and Staffline provides on-site parking, PPE, and full training.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Machine operation experience or ability to operate machinery after training.
• Comfortable handling pork products (sausages and bacon).

Production Operative at our client's food manufacturing site producing pork products, including sausages and bacon.

The rate of pay is

£14.51 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at

£20.31 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts. The hours of work are:

• - 6am to 2pm
• - 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• - Working in a food manufacturing facility on automated production lines.
• - Handling raw ingredients
• - Packing food products

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg. Machine operation is required as part of this role so candidates must be able to complete paperwork and operate machinery following training.

The factory produces Sausages and Bacon, so applicants must be comfortable handling Pork.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
