Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production Operative to join the Dairy Department at SevernsideDairy. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth running of raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area, along with lab testing to analyse, record and report lab results. Contract: Full Time, 42 hours per week.

Salary: £35,842.06 per annum. Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days and 2 nights (7-7 rotating).

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance within a production environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food environment.
• Production experience in a food environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Checking and recording of all relevant paperwork.
• Sampling and testing of raw products.
• Liaising with the other production departments.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximising output, adherence to plan, waste reduction and cost savings.
• Undertake any other duties as required.
• Quality assurance.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area.In addition tocarryingout labtestingtoanalyse, recordand report lab results in relation to all required processing lab tests.

Contract:Full Time42 hours per week

Salary:£35,842.06per annum

Shift Pattern:4 on 4off 2days and2nights(7-7 Rotating)
