Job summary

OA Group is advertising a Production Operative position in Luton. This is a full-time rotational shift (Mon-Sun) with five shifts, including weekends. Morning shift 6:00–14:30 and Evening shift 14:30–23:00. Salary £13.50 per hour.

Duties: operate production machinery, check quality, feed materials, and lift ingredients into the machine. Candidate should have production and machine experience, good communication and strong attention to detail.

Role: Production Operative

Hours: Full time - rotational shift Monday to Sunday - 5 shift requirement with working 1 day on the weekend. Morning shift 6am till 2:30pm / Evening shift 2:30-11pm

Salary: £13.50 per hour
