Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Operative in Coventry on a rotating 3-shift pattern (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00). The role offers a £15.96 per hour rate with overtime and a path from temporary to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include safely operating cutting machines, monitoring tolerances, and ensuring product quality through all production stages, including final inspection and boxing.

• Must have experience working in production.
• Be available across the 3 different shift patterns stated above.

Shifts:Monday to Friday

Monday to Friday- 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM / 10PM-6AM (rotating weekly)

Salary:£15.96 per hour

Contract:Temporary to permanent

Overtime:Available with excellent rates.
