Job summary

The Wernick Group is seeking a Production Operative in Kenfig to join its fast-paced manufacturing team. You will help build and prepare modular units, with full training provided. The role offers 39 hours per week, 6.15am to 4.30pm, and overtime opportunities as demand allows.

You’ll be part of a long‑standing, family‑owned business that values quality, teamwork and safety. A hands-on, proactive mindset and reliability are key to success in this role.

Production Operative

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Kenfig. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll play a key part in building and preparing our modular units to the highest standards.
Whether you’re experienced or looking to develop new skills, full training and support will be provided.

Working Hours

39 hours per week – 6.15am to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday

Overtime opportunities provided
