Based at our Ewhurst site, the role may involve physical tasks and requires reliability, good literacy and teamwork. Shift is 10.00am–10.00pm on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with overtime opportunities.

Join us as a Production Operative at our Ewhurst site in Surrey!

Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.

About the Role

As a Production Operative you will be trained to work with tools and machinery to support safe and efficient production with high‑quality results.

Duties also include:

• Operate machinery safely
• Meet production targets
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Participate in training

This role helps us deliver high‑quality products and supports our purpose across the business.

Thissiteproduces bricks, roof tiles, and our Keymer Heritage tiles, supporting our manufacturing of high‑quality building materials across the UK.

This position is based at ourEwhurstsite, which isnear WalliswoodandOakwoodhilland easily commutable from Horsham,Cranleigh, Guilford,Goldaming, Redhill and Crawley.

Hours of Work

10.00am to 10.00pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
