Job summary

The Wernick Group is looking for a Production Operative to join the Kenfig team in a hands-on manufacturing role. You will contribute to building and preparing modular units to the highest standards, with full training and support provided.

Hours are 39 per week (6.15am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday). The role involves safe material handling and working as part of a team to hit production targets, with strong emphasis on health & safety and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Join a fast-paced manufacturing team building and preparing modular units to high standards.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Handle materials including lightweight steel and timber.
• Support production activities as directed by your Supervisor and meet production targets.
