24-7 Recruitment Services is seeking a Production Operative for a leading manufacturer of chemical solutions in Hinckley. The role involves hands-on manufacturing, weighing, prep, mixing, packaging and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Training and ongoing development are provided. You will work Mon-Thu, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 20-minute lunch and a 15-minute break, currently 4 days per week (31 hours) with potential future transition to 5 days.

Our client, a leading manufacturer of chemical solutions for surface preparation, treatment and protection, is currently seeking a Production Operative to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented and committed to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
Execute manufacturing orders, including weighing, preparation and mixing, according to strict guidelines.
Handle raw materials and produce finished goods that meet required quality standards.
Package, wrap and palletise finished products.
Assist with dispatch operations when required.
Support the Quality Control team with product sampling and inspections.
Maintain accurate production records and complete all required documentation.
Carry out first-level equipment maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Identify and report anomalies, defects or non-compliance issues.
Follow all health, safety, quality and environmental procedures at all times.
Monday to Thursday
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
20-minute lunch break
15-minute additional break
Current schedule is 4 days per week / 31 hours per week.
Candidates must be open to the possibility of the role transitioning to a 5-day working week in the future.
Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
High attention to detail with a methodical and accurate approach.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and manufacturing instructions.
Comfortable carrying and handling loads of different sizes and weights.
Able to perform basic sensory and technical checks during production.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing production demands.
Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious.
Understanding of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards would be advantageous.
