Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Droitwich is recruiting an experienced Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company. You'll work on production processes, use basic hand tools, assemble and prepare products, and help the team meet daily targets.

The role offers £12.71 per hour rising to £14.24, 4 days per week (Tue–Fri), 6:00am–6:00pm, with full training and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Good attention to detail and quality focus.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Work on production and manufacturing processes.
• Use basic hand tools safely and correctly.
• Assemble and prepare products.
• Handle and move materials and finished products.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Label and pack finished products.
• Support the production team to meet daily targets.
• Follow health & safety procedures and keep area clean.
