Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Bromborough to join a chilled production line handling uncooked pork products. You will work on fixed shifts, 7am to 3:30pm or 4:30pm to 1:00am, with hourly pay rates of £13.23 for AM and £13.73 for PM, plus overtime after 42.5 hours.

This is a full-time role with a temp-to-perm pathway. PPE is supplied, a free car park on site, and on-site support from Staffline to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment on a production line.
• Able to handle uncooked pork meat safely and maintain a steady pace.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of raw meat products, goods and packets.
• Stack products into boxes and pallets for packing.
• Check products meet specifications and standards; keep up with line pace.

Production Operative for our client, picking and packing various uncooked pork meat products.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Bromborough.

The rate of pay is:

• - AM shift
• £13.23 per hour
• - PM shift
• £13.73 per hour

Overtime is available after working over 42.5 hours and is paid at time and a half.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:

• - 7am to 3:30pm
• - 4.30pm to 1:00am

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative at this site, you will be working in a chilled environment alongside a team on a production line. Other duties include:

• Manual handling raw meat products, goods, and packets
• Stacking the products into boxes and pallets
• Checking products meet specifications and standards

Production Operatives are required to keep up to speed with the production line and work to the standards set by the line manager.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Production Operative is comfortable working in chilled temperatures and standing on their feet for long periods. You should also be happy to handle uncooked pork meat.

No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative as full training is provided.

PPE is provided for you, but it is advised that you wear warm clothing while on site.
