Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to join a leading pork processing facility. The roles offer both full-time and part-time hours with full training provided and opportunities to develop new skills. Successful candidates will join a supportive team on a site where safety and quality are paramount.

Pay starts at £13.00 per hour with overtime at £19.50. Shifts run 06:25–15:25 on weekdays in a chilled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable handling raw pork products.

Responsibilities

• Load products into machinery and processing equipment.
• Place products onto racks and production lines.
• Move products through various production stages.
• Pack and seal products ready for dispatch.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure product specifications are met.
• Support production schedules and departmental targets.
• Operate equipment safely and follow site procedures.
• Complete basic production records and paperwork.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement activities across the department.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet customer requirements.

Job description

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to join a range of production departments across the site.

Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with full training provided and opportunities to develop new skills.

Full-time and part-time positions are available between Monday and Friday.

The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid £19.50 per hour

The hours of work are: 06.25am to 3.25pm

Students are welcome to apply.

Applicants must have their own transport to travel to the site.

Your Time at Work

As an Operative, you will play an important role in helping to produce high-quality pork products safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Loading products into machinery and processing equipment
• Placing products onto racks and production lines
• Moving products through various production stages
• Packing and sealing products ready for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring product specifications are met
• Supporting production schedules and departmental targets
