Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives in the United Kingdom. You will handle raw meat such as bacon and gammon in a cool environment and perform a very physical role, Monday to Friday with shifts from 5:45am to 2:40pm or 2:15pm to 11:10pm, including a 45-minute unpaid break.

Your duties include placing products onto racks, moving product through process stages, working in a chilled environment, and delivering quality packed products safely to meet our standards.

Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives in

Applicants will need to be comfortable handling raw meat such as bacon and gammon in a cool environment and working in a very physical role.

The rate of pay is:

- Basic

£12.71 per hour.

- Overtime paid after 40.85 hours in a week at

£19.07 per hour

- Sunday overtime and Bank Holidays paid at

£25.42 per hour

This is a full-time role, working

Monday to Friday, the hours of work are:

- 5:45am to 2:40pm

- 2:15pm to 11:10pm

This is inclusive of a 45-minute unpaid break.

Your Time at Work

As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include:

- Placing products onto racks

- Moving product around the various process stages

- Working in a chilled environment

- Delivering excellent quality packed products safely and efficiently to meet our customer and

technical standard

- Sealing product for packing

- Ensuring quality is maintained

- Support the delivery of key performance targets within your area, ensuring attention to detail and

that procedures are followed

- Act as a role model and lead by example demonstrating core company values, behaviors, and

high-performance standards

- Provide cover for other areas

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Production Operative will be comfortable with handling raw meat and able to lift produce in excess of 5kg in weight.

You will be positive, flexible, and hardworking with a passionate commitment to quality.

There will be an expectation of the delivery of key targets in your area.

An ability to carry out physical tasks.

You will be able to follow instructions and procedures accurately and consistently.

Experience of working as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
