Job summary

Origin Global is seeking Production Operatives for its modern powder-coating facility in Bicester. No prior experience is needed as full training is provided.

You will join a team performing a variety of production tasks from prepping for painting to finishing, with a fixed Monday–Friday pattern and overtime options. Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by picking and preparing aluminium for production.
• Assist pre-treatment & paint line preparation and powder coating tasks as needed.
• Support finishing, rolling, tapping, and assembling to ensure quality.
• Conduct quality checks to meet customer standards.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality; follow safe working practices.
• Work with the team to learn new tasks across different areas.

Job description

We're looking for Production Operatives to join our team at Origin's modern powder-coating facility in Bicester. There are a variety of roles across our production process, from preparing products for painting and working on our paint line, through to rolling, taping and finishing. You don't need to know how to do any of this already - we'll provide the training you need. What we do need are people who are reliable, willing to learn and take pride in doing a good job.

• Preparing orders - picking and preparing aluminium ready for production
• Pre-treatment & paint line - preparing and powder coating our aluminium products
• Finishing - rolling, taping, assembling and preparing finished products
• Quality checking - making sure our products meet the standards our customers expect
• Be reliable and punctual - your team needs to know they can depend on you
• Work consistently and maintain quality throughout the shift
• Follow instructions and safe working practices
• Work well as part of a team
• Learn new tasks and be open to training across different areas
