Job summary

Origin Global is seeking Production Operatives for its modern powder-coating facility in Bicester. No prior experience is needed as full training is provided.

You will join a team performing a variety of production tasks from prepping for painting to finishing, with a fixed Monday–Friday pattern and overtime options. Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Reliable and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by picking and preparing aluminium for production.
• Assist pre-treatment & paint line preparation and powder coating tasks as needed.
• Support finishing, rolling, tapping, and assembling to ensure quality.
• Conduct quality checks to meet customer standards.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality; follow safe working practices.
• Work with the team to learn new tasks across different areas.
