Job summary

Origin Global in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will manage the movement of goods, perform stock checks, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate records.

You will work a shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm with opportunities for overtime and benefits including health cover and cycle-to-work. The role suits someone who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and a team player able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good timekeeping and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Stock counts, and also checking for damaged or missing items
• Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
• Responsible for storing goods appropriately
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained, updated regularly, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities of a Warehouse Operator includes but is not limited to:

• Ensure the accurate and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
