Job summary

Origin Global in Bicester is seeking Production Operatives for our modern powder-coating facility. Roles vary across the production process, from prep for painting to finishing and quality checks. Training will be provided, no prior experience required.

You will join a Monday-to-Friday night shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) on a permanent contract, with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and punctual and able to work shifts.
• Willing to learn new tasks and training across areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain quality.
• Work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and aluminium for production.
• Pre-treatment and paint line preparation.
• Finish processes: rolling, taping, assembling.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
