Job summary

RBU Sales UK Ltd t/a iRecruit UK in the Thorne/Belton area is seeking Production Operators for a long-term role in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

You will operate machinery, monitor processes, and perform quality inspections to ensure high standards of safety and productivity. Full training will be provided and flexibility with rotating shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive approach to work.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out quality inspections and checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow company procedures, health and safety regulations and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
• Report machinery faults, safety concerns and production issues promptly.
• Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as required.

Production Operator

Location: Thorne / Belton, DN8

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday: £13.69 per hour
• Saturday: £20.53 per hour
• Sunday: £27.38 per hour

The site is within commuting distance of Belton, Scunthorpe, Thorne, Doncaster, and surrounding areas. Due to the location and shift pattern, candidates must have their own transport.
