Job summary

JDR is recruiting for Production Operators in Bridgwater, England. The role involves loading machines with materials, operating equipment, and ensuring product quality with proper labeling and documentation. Training is provided, with weekly pay and a supportive recruitment team.

The shift pattern is rotating from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. Immediate start available, temporary ongoing assignment. Previous experience is not essential beyond a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Previous production operator experience not required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into each machine and ensure correct operation.
• Operate machines and pack product at appropriate cycle speeds to meet production targets.
• Carry out tests/checks (manual and visual) as required.
• Label all goods leaving the department (internal/external) and ensure documentation is attached.
• Take breaks as approved by Shift Manager and maintain adequate cover on production floor.
• Be present at assigned machine at start and end of shift.
• Undergo training as required to perform duties safely and effectively.
• Report defects or equipment/premises issues to Shift/Production Manager or Maintenance.
• Wear correct PPE at all times.

Salary: GBP13.35 - GBP13.5 per hour

We are looking for multipleProduction Operators to join ourgrowingclient in the Bridgwater area.

£13.35 - £13.50 per hour (weekly pay)

JDR is recruiting forareliable and hardworking Production Operators t o join a client of oursin the Bridgwater area.

The role:

Asa Production Operator your duties will be as followed:

• Ensure that each machine is loaded with the appropriate material
• Ensure that the machine is operated correctly and pack product at appropriate cycle speeds to maintain production to the required level
• Understand fully all procedures and ensure that all tests/checks both manual and visual are carried out
• Ensure all goods leaving the department are labelled appropriately (internal / external) fit for purpose, secured and fully covered and that all required documentation is attached
• Ensure that all official break times are approved in advance by the Shift Manager and be flexible in their approach to taking breaks to ensure adequate cover /staff is available on the production floor
• Ensure that you are present at your appointed machine at the start & end of the shift
• Undergo additional training as and when required to perform their respective duties safely and effectively
• Report any defects or problems with the equipment or premises to the Shift Manager/Production Manager or Maintenance personnel as appropriate
• Ensure that the correct PPE is worn at all times
