Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, has a new opportunity for a Production Operative in a busy manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, with an emphasis on accuracy, quality and teamwork on a 3-shift rotation.

You will support machine operation, assist with material handling and quality checks, and benefit from a competitive salary, shift allowance, overtime opportunities, and onsite parking.

• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and support will be provided. The company is looking for someone with good attention to detail, a willingness to learn on the job and a positive, team-focused approach.

Multiple Immediate Start Positions Available

SALARY: £13.49 - £15.30 per hour (depending on experience) + Shift Allowance + Generous Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Humber (DN15)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 3-shift rotation between 06:00 to 14:00 (Monday to Saturday), 14:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday) and 22:00 to 06:00 (Monday to Friday). 8-hour shifts (average 42.66 hours per week)

** Overtime paid at x1.5 Weekdays & Saturdays & x2.0 Sundays and Bank Holidays **

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Production Operative you will support machine operation across the production line, carry out material handling tasks, assist with quality checks and help maintain a safe, efficient and productive working environment.
