Role And Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 18 production staff across 2 shifts
- Supervisor of Slitting and Coating Operations
- Ongoing training and development of staff
- Ongoing improvement and review of processes and procedures
- Oversight of Quality and Health and Safety
- Involvement with recruitment and company growth plans
Knowledge, Skills And Experience- Time served as a Production Manager/Supervisor
- Ability to establish and maintain a good team working environment
- Operational understanding of a production/distribution facility
- Forklift license experience
Package And Benefits- GBP35,000 - GBP40,000
- 20 days + Banks, 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm)
