1. Duration

Fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement. Start date: ASAP.

2. Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the department in alignment with MPW-D's vision and values.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with the Founder and Brand Spirit Director.
• Provide quarterly reports.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.
• Maintain ethical standards and foster a culture of innovation and integrity.

3. Reporting & Collaboration

Report to the Founder of MPW-D and the Brand Spirit Director. Collaborate with other department heads and project teams.

4. Work Hours

Approximately 16 hours per week, flexible schedule. Additional hours negotiable.

5. Meeting Availability

Available for meetings in UK time zones and urgent calls.

6. Language Requirement

High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

7. Remuneration

Hourly rate: £30/hr. Possible bonuses, equity shares, and benefits, including a £20–£40/month stipend for internet and electricity.

8. Confidentiality

Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information during and after the contract.
