Job summary

Fluke Norwich Site seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day and strategic operations in the Norwich facility. You will apply the Fortive Business System to deliver quality products at minimum cost while coaching Production Team Leaders and the production planners.

You will manage performance through daily management, drive continuous improvement events, control budgets within limits, and partner with site management and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Experience with continuous improvement and Kaizen events.
• Strong ability to train and coach staff to defined standards.
• Knowledge of financial controls and budget adherence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and strategic production operations at the Norwich facility.
• Drive on-time delivery and reduce backlog while maintaining quality.
• Manage performance: appraisals, 1:1s, and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Implement Fortive Business System and lead continuous improvement activities.
