Job summary

Fortive Norwich site is seeking a Quality & EHS Lead to support the integrated management system for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. You will drive compliance, coach staff, and lead improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve safety.

You will manage performance, training, and development, and collaborate with Fluke and Fortive teams globally to escalate critical issues and sustain site accreditations.

Qualifications

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 at the Norwich site.
• Ensures compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Investigates non-conformances and drives root-cause analysis and countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach site employees on Quality and EHS policies and procedures.
• Manage performance through appraisals, 1:1 reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Lead continuous improvement events and Kaizens across the site.
• Coach team members and develop capability with defined training materials.
