Job Title: Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced production manager to oversee our glazing/firing department. The ideal candidate will share our high-quality ethos, as we pride ourselves on manufacturing products to the highest standards while maintaining an efficient workflow within the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver production plans and manage resources effectively.
2. Monitor the performance of colleagues and automation systems.
3. Ensure safety standards are met across the department.
4. Manage departmental Team Leaders, including training and development.
5. Communicate within the department and with the wider business to support smooth production operations.
