A leading company in ceramics is seeking a Production Manager for their glazing department. The role involves overseeing production quality, managing resources, and leading a team to ensure efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in production management and a commitment to quality.

We are on the lookout for an experienced production manager to oversee our glazing/firing department. You will need to share our high quality ethos - we pride ourselves on manufacturing products to the highest quality standards whilst maintaining an efficient flow through the factory. You would work to set KPI's relating to quality, RFT principles whilst delivering production schedules OTIF. Key responsibilities include the delivery of production plans, managing resources, monitoring the performance of colleagues and automation and ensuring safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for the management of departmental Team Leaders including training and development, communication within the department and to the wider business to support the smooth running of the production operation.
