Job summary

Raytheon UK in Glenrothes is seeking a Production Team Leader on a fixed-term contract to lead a production team in building and testing high-quality assemblies onsite. The role focuses on achieving output, quality and safety targets, with potential travel to Livingston and BPSS clearance requirements.

You will manage shifts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Planning and Materials teams.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 4 in Operational Management or equivalent qualification, or 2+ years relevant experience.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team (15+) to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Coordinate daily production activities and lead shift start-up meetings.
