Job summary
Raytheon UK is seeking a Production Manager to join the Glenrothes manufacturing team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. You will lead a cross‑functional team of Supervisors, Associates and Engineers to deliver electronic and electro‑mechanical products on time and within budget.
Based on-site in Glenrothes, with potential support to Livingston as required, you will drive process improvements, safety, and employee development in a high‑performing, inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- Relevant years’ experience in a Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Operations related role.
- Qualified to Degree or Diploma level in a Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Operations related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Serve as CAM for the Manufacturing function and drive production plans.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet on-time delivery targets.
- Manage high mix and changing priorities using lean manufacturing concepts.
- Oversee safety procedures and drive process and quality improvements.
