Greencore Northampton is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive HSE compliance, oversee daily production, and develop a high-performing team across multiple manufacturing units. An effective communicator with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, provide accurate reporting, and confidently lead and guide a team.
Demonstrates strong initiative, with the ability to work independently, identify issues proactively, and implement timely, effective solutions.
Capable of leading the team independently and confidently stepping up to cover the Manager's responsibilities during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
Demonstrated experience of managing, leading, and motivating a diverse workforce, fostering a high-performing team that consistently delivers excellent results.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience of applying lean manufacturing principles to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
Holds recognised Food Hygiene and Food Safety qualifications/accreditations.
Proven experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor within an FMCG environment, preferably in food manufacturing.
