Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, food, nutrition or FMCG.
• Experience leading production teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of quality, food safety and health & safety requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work alongside the production team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production teams on a designated line.
• Allocate tasks and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor quality, output and production performance.
• Lead product changeovers and minimise downtime.
• Support machine operation and basic adjustments.
• Maintain food safety, GMP, HACCP and health & safety standards.
