Staffline is recruiting a Production Line Leader for our client's site in Huntingdon. The role involves leading a production team on a rotating shift pattern and ensuring targets and quality standards are met.

The rate of pay is £15.03 per hour, with full-time hours on a rotating schedule (6am–2pm, then 2pm–10pm). The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in food production, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with good attention to paperwork and KPI

Production Line Leader (Cell Leader)

for our client's leading food manufacturing site, which specialises in producing high-quality cooked and prepared food products for major retailers, food-service providers, and customers across the UK.

Staffline is recruiting Production Line Leaders in

Huntingdon.

The rate of pay is

£15.03 per hour.

This is a full-time role working a convenient rotating shift pattern. The hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• Followed by 2 weeks -
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

• Lead and support a team of production operatives within the packing or processing area, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and performance KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor product quality, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, ensuring all company procedures are followed at all times.
• Complete and maintain accurate production paperwork, KPI boards, and stock records, ensuring information is updated correctly and on time.
• Ensure production lines are fully operational at the start of each shift and respond quickly to operational issues, breakdowns, or equipment concerns to minimise downtime.
• Train, motivate, and support team members, identifying development needs and reporting performance concerns to Shift Leaders when required.
• Drive continuous improvement across the production area by promoting efficient working practices, strong communication, and a positive team culture.

Previous manufacturing or food production leadership experience is desirable.
