Job description

Our client is a leading herbs manufacturer, known for high-quality fresh produce and a commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Line Leader to support their fast-paced production environment.

Location: Chichester

Pay: 32,121.79

Shift: Night shift, 6 PM - 6 AM

4 on 3 off shift pattern, working Monday - Thursday

Key Duties of the line leader:

• Lead and motivate your team to meet daily targets.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are upheld
• Monitor product quality and service levels.
• Complete accurate paperwork and support basic SAP use.
• Oversee machinery checks and efficient changeovers.

What You'll Need as a line leader:

• Experience in a similar production role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of safety standards and production processes.
• Basic IT skills (SAP knowledge is a plus).
