Job summary

BIMM University is seeking a Production Lead to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of productions, performances and events at Performers College. You will work with the Production Manager, academic colleagues and industry professionals to create an industry-standard environment that supports outstanding student experiences and high-quality production outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, coordination or stage management within performing arts or live events.
• Ability to plan, schedule and document production activities and budgets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in theatre or live events.
• Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of productions, performances and events.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and documentation.
• Act as a key contact with students, academic teams, technical staff and industry partners.
• Coordinate rehearsals, technical runs, performances and get-outs.
• Support production requirements including scenery, props, equipment and logistics.
• Provide guidance to students to develop professional working practices.
• Assist in managing production budgets and procurement records.
• Ensure activities comply with health and safety and university policies.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventories.
