Job summary
ALPINE RACING LIMITED seeks a Production Engineer at Enstone to bridge design and manufacture, improving manufacturability and lead times while delivering components to the highest quality standards in Formula One.
You will collaborate with Design, Production and Quality teams, lead Design for Manufacture activities, and drive continuous improvement across composite and metallic production processes through data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience bridging design and manufacturing in a production environment.
- Ability to interpret and challenge engineering specifications and drawings.
- Applied knowledge of GD&T and continuous improvement methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design for Manufacture (DFM) activities across products.
- Collaborate with Design Engineers to improve manufacturability and inspection.
- Embed production knowledge into design for readiness and quality.
- Review production feedback and ensure lessons learned are captured.
- Maintain manufacturing specifications and revision control.
- Support reduction of lead times and manufacturing queries.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
